Job summary

Campbell Oil Company in Zebulon, NC is seeking a reliable Motor Fuel Delivery Driver to safely and efficiently deliver gasoline, diesel, and heating oil to customers. You will load, transport, and unload fuel, conduct pre/post-trip inspections, and ensure accurate delivery records.

The role requires a CDL with HazMat endorsement and a strong safety mindset. Ideal candidates have prior fuel delivery experience, knowledge of DOT regulations, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with required endorsements (e.g., HazMat).
• Previous fuel delivery experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT hazardous materials regulations.
• First aid/CPR training may be beneficial.
• Strong driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate GPS systems for routing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fuel types (gasoline, diesel, heating oil) to customers per schedule.
• Load/unload fuel safely; inspect and maintain vehicle condition.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements for hazardous materials.
• Record deliveries, obtain customer signatures, and complete documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance and emergency response when needed.
