Qualifications

• Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements for transporting fuels (hazmat endorsement).
• Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably with fuels or hazmat transport.
• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents.
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols for fuel transport.
• Ability to operate a tanker truck and handle fuel loading/unloading equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with customers and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform loading/unloading in varying conditions.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate paperwork.
• Flexibility for night shifts, weekends, or overtime.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tanker truck to transport fuels to designated destinations.
• Follow routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Load and unload fuel products using proper equipment and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of fuel deliveries (quantity, quality, delivery times).
• Adhere to all safety regs and company policies to prevent accidents or spills.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on the truck.
• Report vehicle issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Follow environmental regulations for safe handling of fuel products.
