Position Description
This role requires a background check, MVR, and physical/drug screening. The Construction Foreman supervises construction activities, manages job site personnel and subcontractors, and ensures projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. The role involves coordinating projects to maximize profitability, exceed client expectations, and ensure safety and compliance. The Construction Foreman also acts as Job Site Safety Officer, implementing injury and illness prevention policies. Must follow instructions, complete tasks safely and on time, and report to the Director.
Travel Requirements
This position involves frequent travel. The initial training period is approximately four weeks at our Richardson, TX office, with 25-50% overnight travel. Post-training, travel increases to 50-75%, with potential for up to three weeks out of town during busy seasons. All travel expenses are covered by the company.
