Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone.
• Capable of remaining calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Basic arithmetic skills for register and financial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with budget, P&L reviews, and financial reporting.
• Participate in inventory process and stock condition checks.
• Train associates on inventory, stock, and CAO processes.
• Manage fuel delivery and document fuel inventory.
• Process fuel, merchandise, and lottery sales accurately.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for Fuel center.
• Maintain till and perform cashier duties including cash drops.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain compliance reports and incident logs.
• Clean spills and fuel spill reporting; know emergency plans.
• Notify management of accidents and safety risks.
• Stock and maintain kiosks, equipment, and fuel dispensers.
• Performs essential job functions with/without accommodations.
