Job summary

Kroger in Las Vegas is seeking a fuel center associate to assist customers, operate the register, and keep the station clean and safe.

You will pump gas, perform inspections, file reports, and support a fast-paced team while upholding Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and encourage others to deliver excellent customer service.
• Pump gas accurately and safely.
• Complete daily tour and inspection of the fuel center.
• Complete incident and security reports.
• Clean fuel spills and file the Fuel Spill Report.
• Recover displays and maintain cleanliness of department.
• Perform cashier duties and handle transactions.
• Answer phones and assist customers.
• Follow corporate policies.
• Follow safety guidelines and standards.
• Promote and follow company initiatives.
• Know emergency plan numbers and procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts in a calm, cooperative manner.
• Uphold honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide assistance during interactions with minors or at-risk customers.
