Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Fuel Center Associate in Stone Mountain, GA. You will assist customers, pump gas, operate the cash register, perform daily inspections, recover displays and keep the department clean while upholding safety and company policies.

You will handle incident and security reports, respond to phone calls, and support safety programs. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced environment; candidates should be able to follow

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage others to deliver excellent customer service.
• Pump gas.
• Complete daily tour and inspection.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report.
• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department.
• Perform cashier functions.
• Answer telephones.
• Comply with corporate policies.
• Comply with safety guidelines and standards.
• Promote and follow company initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans and procedures.
• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve issues.
