Job summary

Kroger in Woodstock, GA is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist customers, operate the cash register, pump gas, and maintain the fuel center's cleanliness and safety.

You will complete daily tours and inspections, fill incident and security reports, recover displays, answer phones, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines while upholding Kroger's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with industry terms and processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Any related experience.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent service.
• Pump gas.
• Complete daily tour and inspection.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report.
• Recover displays and maintain cleanliness of department.
• Perform cashier functions.
• Answer telephones.
• Comply with corporate policies.
• Follow safety guidelines and standards.
• Promote and follow company initiatives.
• Know emergency plans and procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts in a constructive manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
