The Kroger Family of Companies fuel center is seeking a motivated team member to assist customers, operate the register, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The role involves pumping gas, performing daily inspections, and completing incident and security reports while upholding our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with industry terms and processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and model Customer 1st behavior.
• Pump gas.
• Complete daily tour and inspection.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and file Fuel Spill Reports.
• Recover displays and maintain department cleanliness.
• Perform cashier functions.
• Answer telephones.
• Comply with corporate policies.
• Follow safety guidelines and standards.
• Promote and follow company initiatives.
• Know emergency plans, numbers and procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts in a calm and cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed to resolve issues.
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
