Job summary

Pdi Technologies is seeking a detail‑oriented Fuel Accounting support role to assist with tracking fuel costs, volumes, and margins for convenience retail and petroleum customers.

You will validate fuel transactions, reconcile data across systems, and help produce accurate financial records while collaborating with Accounting, Fuel Management, and Reconciliation teams. Hybrid work options apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting/finance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus; experience with financial data entry and systems helps.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and various data entry tools.
• Medicopter: strong problem solving and organizational skills; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process and review fuel transactions, including purchases, deliveries, and sales activity.
• Track fuel inventory levels and costs to support accurate financial reporting.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in fuel data, pricing, and volumes.
• Reconcile fuel related data across multiple systems and reports.
• Support margin analysis by validating cost and retail pricing data.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Fuel Management, Accounting, and Reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of fuel accounting activities.
• Assist with reporting and analysis to support customer operations and decision making.
• Meet daily and monthly deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
