Job summary

Celestica is seeking a FTZ Manager to lead its Foreign-Trade Zone operations at the Fort Worth, Texas site. You will oversee CBP audits, regulatory filings, and bond management while ensuring compliance with HTS classifications and 19 CFR rules.

You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Program Management to optimize duties, implement FTZ processes, and maintain ERP/WMS data integrity. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of direct hands-on experience managing an active Foreign Trade Zone (either a manufacturing/production zone or a distribution/subzone).
• Deep experience with FTZ software packages and major ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• CBP liaison and primary point of contact for U.S. Customs and FTZ Board; manage audits and spot checks.
• Oversee FTZ admissions, weekly estimates, permits to transfer, monthly summaries and annual FTZ Board reports.
• Maintain and update FTZ Operator’s Bond, activation agreements, and the FTZ Manual.
• Ensure compliance for Partner Government Agencies (e.g., FDA, EPA, FCC).
• Develop and reengineer processes for import transactions and duty management.
• Provide leadership and training to supply chain, procurement, and program management teams.
• Interface with Celestica management to ensure compliant processes are in place.
