Job summary

ILAN Builders is seeking Fiber I&R Technicians to perform residential FTTH installations, activations, repairs, and troubleshooting. Training may be available for candidates new to fiber, and production-based pay applies.

We encourage applicants with or without fiber experience and provide location-specific details during recruiting. Candidates should have a reliable truck or vehicle, required tools, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable personal vehicle and tools as listed.
• Ability to pass background/MVR and drug screening as required.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, activate, troubleshoot, and repair residential FTTH services.
• Install aerial and buried fiber drops.
• Perform interior and exterior wiring.
• Install and service NIDs, ONTs, and related equipment.
• Test fiber connections and verify service quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot service issues.
• Complete pre-installation and post-installation checks.
