Job summary

Conexon, a rapidly growing telecommunications company working with Rural Electric Cooperatives to design and deploy FTTH networks, is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator in Falcon, Colorado. This role supports the Construction Management team and helps develop and update project schedules to meet client objectives.

You will work in a collaborative office environment, handle permits, file documents in SharePoint, maintain trackers, and assist the Project Manager with client reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of permit process and scheduling basics.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track permits: needed, pending, and approved; file and distribute to contractor.
• Maintain project trackers, upload data and updates to design systems.
• Support Project Manager with client reporting and status updates.
• Attend client conference calls and communicate issues before deadlines.
• Create BoMs and keep invoicing and progress updates organized.
