The primary duties include unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, moving stock out, and managing backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days. Replenishing shelves from mass and end displays, rotating products, and ensuring proper presentation are also key responsibilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Replenish shelves from backstock
• Stock and replenish displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed
• Remove out-of-code items efficiently for rotation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations
• Meet performance standards, including attendance
• Capable of using or learning to use necessary equipment and tools

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs
• Job involves continual activity
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS for all materials used
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
