Job Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, break down pallets, restock U-boats, and set up new stock.
• Manage backstock, including vendor backstock on non-delivery days.
• Replenish shelves from backstock, mass, and end displays, ensuring proper product rotation and presentation.
• Remove out-of-code items efficiently for rotation.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Effective communication and understanding of company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Adhere to performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift of 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, sit 0%, walk for 45% of the shift.
• Category IV physical activity: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials used during work.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
