The main responsibilities include unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, moving U-boats out, and stocking shelves from backstock. Additional tasks involve managing DSD vendor backstock on non-delivery days, facing or presenting store displays, and handling cartons and cardboard.

Responsibilities

• Load U-boat with stock items
• Stock and replenish shelves from backstock
• Restock mass or end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed
• Remove out-of-code items efficiently for rotation

Note: This list is not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety and company policies
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations
• Adhere to performance standards, including attendance
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more based on needs
• Job cycle: continuous maximum
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand: 55%, Walk: 45%
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Knowledge of MSDS materials used during work
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
