Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Construction Inspector; FTA & BABA Compliance for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP) in the United States. This landmark project will deliver transformative impacts across transportation and environmental sustainability.

The role focuses on implementing and overseeing Buy America and BABA compliance, reviewing procurement, documentation, and supplier records, and supporting federal oversight and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in QA/quality and federal compliance on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience with FTA Buy America, BABA, and FRA requirements preferred.
• Experience conducting audits and document reviews.
• Familiarity with QA/QC principles and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and oversight of FTA Buy America and BABA requirements.
• Review procurement and manufacturing processes for federal compliance.
• Verify Bills of Materials and domestic sourcing.
• Conduct audits, surveillance, and document reviews.
• Maintain compliance records and corrective actions.
• Prepare status reports and support project audits.
