Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Construction Inspector; FTA & BABA Compliance for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP), a landmark transit program that will enhance capacity and reliability across the Northeast Corridor.

You will lead audits, document reviews, and compliance verification for Buy America and related federal requirements, coordinating with contractors and the Quality Manager to ensure traceability and conformance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, construction quality, federal compliance, or construction management on major infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Experience with federally funded transportation projects and FTA Buy America, BABA, or FRA requirements preferred.
• Proficiency with quality audits, document reviews, and compliance assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation and oversight of FTA Buy America and BABA requirements and federal regulations.
• Review contractor processes to verify federal requirements are incorporated into procurement and construction activities.
• Review Bills of Materials and supporting documentation for completeness and domestic sourcing.
• Monitor waivers and identify items requiring corrective action.
• Conduct audits, surveillance, and document reviews of contractors and suppliers.
• Verify implementation of Quality Management Plans and inspection procedures.
• Prepare periodic quality and compliance status reports and NCRs.
