Richcroft, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Awake Over Night Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Harford County/Hookersmill. The role covers personal hygiene, community activities, planning, cooking, and cleaning.

Schedule Friday, Saturday & Sunday 11pm–9am; working with a female individual. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and training, including CPR/First

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current driver’s license (not provisional) with fewer than 3 points.
• Must be able to transport people supported as needed.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with participation and exploration of the community.
• Cultivate and expand independent living skills.
• Provide personal hygiene, activities, outings, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Assist with meaningful and personal relationships.
• Complete required documentation (e.g., incident reports, progress notes, behavior data, fire drills, etc.).
• Administer and record medications per state and agency requirements when applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Full- TimeAwake Over Night Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP)to provide hands‑on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 11pm- 9am

Working with a female

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
• Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Assisting with the development of meaningful and personal relationships
• Complete required documentation (e.g., incident reports, progress notes, behavior data, fire drills etc.
• Administer and record medications pursuant to State and Agency requirements, when applicable
• Other duties as assigned

Regular Base Rate is $22/hr. There is an additional $1/hr. shift differential for weekend shifts. ($22 +$1=$23/hr.)
