The role focuses on vitals, documentation, and supportive care in a 5 STAR community across skilled nursing, memory care and assisted living settings.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio STNA license in good standing, a high school diploma or GED, and 2–4 years of relevant experience.

• 2-4 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs/assists with all resident direct care needs and comforts of daily living as needed.
• Communicates professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing; follows directions.
• Assists nurses with tasks including measuring and recording vitals, gathering weights and documentation.
• Keeps resident living areas clean and organized; assists in new admissions as assigned.
• Documents resident information timely, accurately and confidentially according to EMR procedures.
• Adheres to Safety & Compliance policies; uses equipment properly; reports repairs.
• Practices universal precautions; follows infection control protocols.
• Assists with meal preparation and service; aids in eating, post-meal care, and reports intake changes.
