Primary Objective: To provide customers with quality service, maintain a clean and organized store environment according to company standards, and share responsibility for sales performance, staff productivity, loss prevention, merchandising, safety, and operational functions while in charge.
Abilities: Exercise good judgment and initiative to supervise store activities. Maintain a sense of urgency and meet deadlines set by corporate and store management while delivering quality service. Organize work for smooth workflow. Communicate effectively, coordinate staffing, train employees, and keep confidences. Learn equipment use, policies, and recognize urgent situations.
