Sunstates Security is seeking an experienced Full-Time Site Supervisor for a client site in Woodridge, IL. The role supervises daily operations, ensures security and service quality, and coordinates personnel to meet contract requirements.

The position pays $22.00/hr, with weekly pay, and a Mon-Fri 1500-2300 schedule. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, customer service, and a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisor experience.
• 2+ years of security, military, or law enforcement background.
• Able to work 1500-2300 Monday-Friday.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Prior scheduling and payroll experience preferred.

Sunstates Security is hiring an experienced Full-Time Site Supervisorat a client site in Woodridge, IL.

This position offers a pay rate of $22.00/hr, paid weekly.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 1500-2300.

Security Supervisors are responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety in accordance with Sunstates objectives.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• 2 years+ of supervisor experience.
• Prior Scheduling and Payroll Experience Preferred
• 2+ years of previous security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Must be able to work 1500-2300 (Monday-Friday)
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation (valid driver's license required)
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
• Exceptional Report Writing Skills.

A Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Site Supervisor must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
