Job summary

Sunstates Security is hiring an experienced Full-Time Security Site Supervisor for a client site in Salt Lake City, UT. The role oversees daily site operations, personnel management, and maintaining a safe environment in line with Sunstates’ standards.

You will lead security teams, ensure top-tier customer service, and adhere to post orders and SOPs while supporting ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisor experience.
• UT Guard License required.
• 2+ years of security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Flexible with hours; weekends/holidays and all shifts.
• Excellent customer service.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clear written communication.
• Able to analyze situations and decide under pressure.
• Strong report-writing skills.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Sunstates Security is hiring an experienced Full-Time Security Site Supervisor at a client site in Salt Lake City, UT. This position offers a pay rate of $25.00 per hour, paid weekly.

The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned site, including customer service, personnel management, and maintaining a safe and secure environment in accordance with Sunstates Security’s standards and objectives.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• 2 years+ of supervisor experience.
• Must have a UT Guard License
• 2+ years of previous security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Must be flexible with hours.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
• Exceptional Report Writing Skills.

A Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Site Supervisor must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
