Job summary

Sunstates Security is hiring an experienced Full-Time Site Supervisor at a client site in Charlotte, NC. Wed-Sun 11pm-7am is the schedule available, with a pay rate of $22.50/hr, paid weekly.

Site Supervisors oversee daily site operations, including customer service, personnel management, and security and safety in line with Sunstates objectives. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisor experience.
• 2+ years of previous security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Must be flexible with hours.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information in clear form.
• Mentally analyze a situation and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, and personnel management.
• Ensure security and safety in accordance with Sunstates objectives.
• Maintain post orders and SOP adherence; act quickly and efficiently as directives require.
• Provide clear written reports and communicate effectively with client site.
• Collaborate with client and Sunstates team to ensure service quality.

A Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Site Supervisor must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
