Sunstates Security is hiring an experienced Security Officer in Charge at a client site in Aurora, IL. This position offers a pay rate of $19.50/hr, paid weekly.

Security Supervisors are responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, and security & safety in accordance with Sunstates objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisor or team lead experience.
• 2+ years of security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Active PERC License preferred.
• Access control experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Read and understand written instructions and communicate ideas clearly in written form.
• Mentally analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in security operations.
• Exceptional report writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily contract-site operations, customer service, and personnel management.
• Ensure security and safety in accordance with post orders and SOPs.

Requirements

• 2 years+ of supervisor experience.
• 2+ years of previous security, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Active PERC License Preferred
• Previous Access control experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
• Exceptional Report Writing Skills.

A Security Shift Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Shift Supervisor will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. #HP1
