Job summary

Richcroft, Inc. in Carroll County, MD is seeking a Full-time Residential Supervisor (RS) to supervise staff and provide hands-on care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Tasks include personal hygiene, activities, outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning.

The role works Monday through Friday, 3p-11p, with men. Benefits include health, retirement, sick leave, disability, holidays, trainings and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 3 points.
• Must be able to transport people supported.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attend all meetings and trainings as required
• Implement the individual’s Person-Centered Plan and maintain all data necessary to measure achievement of stated goals and objectives.
• Maintain all records, including but not limited to posting staff schedules, transition notes for all staff, medication/seizure/psychotropic charts, time sheets, daily logs, petty cash documentation and mileage logs.
• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
• Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
• Assisting with development of meaningful and personal relationships
• Implementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals
• Other duties as assigned

CARROLL COUNTY/HENDERSON

Rate of Pay $25/hr.

We are seeking a Full- Time Residential Supervisor (RS) to provide front line supervision of staff assigned to a home. You will also provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning.

This position is:

Monday through Friday 3p-11p
