Job summary

Richcroft in Baltimore County, MD is seeking a Full-Time Residential Supervisor to supervise staff assigned to a home and provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes helping with personal hygiene, outings, shopping, cooking and housekeeping.

Shifts are Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Benefits include paid time off, disability plans, paid holidays, CPR/First Aid training, potential Med Tech Certification, tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current driver’s license with fewer than 3 points on driving record.
• Ability to transport people supported as needed.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line supervision of staff in a home setting.
• Provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Implement the individual’s Person-Centered Plan and maintain data to measure goals.
• Maintain records including schedules, notes, time sheets, logs and mileage.
• Support participation in community activities and development of independent living skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Full- Time Residential Supervisor (RS) to provide front line supervision of staff assigned to a home. You will also provide hands on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning.

This position is:

Monday through Friday 3p-11p

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend all meetings and trainings as required
• Implement the individual’s Person-Centered Plan and maintain all data necessary to measure achievement of stated goals and objectives.
• Maintain all records, including but not limited to posting staff schedules, transition notes for all staff, medication/seizure/psychotropic charts, time sheets, daily logs, petty cash documentation and mileage logs.
• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
• Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
• Assisting with development of meaningful and personal relationships
• Implementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals
• Other duties as assigned
