Victory Marketing & Development LLC is expanding its team of licensed insurance agents across the United States in a fully remote, production-focused role.

If you are licensed and experienced, you will leverage strong lead access, multiple carriers, and a commission-only compensation plan to grow your client base while servicing policies.

About the Role

Are you already licensed and writing insurance but looking for stronger lead access, broader carrier options, and a compensation structure built for producers?

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health insurance license
• Current or recent insurance production experience

Required Skills

• Experience in life, final expense, mortgage protection, health, Medicare, property and casualty, or a related insurance field
• Strong consultative phone-sales skills
• Professional, reliable, and coachable
• Comfortable managing an independent schedule and pipeline
• Comfortable working in a commission-only, 1099 environment
