Job summary

Victory Marketing & Development LLC is expanding its team of licensed insurance agents across the United States. This is a fully remote, production-focused opportunity for agents who want to sell, serve clients, and grow their business without being required to recruit.

Agents receive access to leads through an in-house mortgage protection lead program and can explore additional lead options with multiple carriers.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health insurance license is required.
• Current or recent insurance production experience.
• Experience in life, final expense, mortgage protection, health, Medicare, property and casualty, or related field.
• Strong consultative phone-sales skills.
• Professional, reliable, and coachable.
• Comfortable with an independent schedule and pipeline.
• Authorized to conduct insurance business in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients.
• Conduct needs-based consultations by phone or video.
• Present coverage options from multiple carriers.
• Complete applications and guide clients through underwriting.
• Maintain accurate client and pipeline records.
• Submit business in accordance with carrier and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and case support.

Victory Marketing & Development LLC is expanding its team of licensed insurance agents across the United States. This is a fully remote, production-focused opportunity for agents who want to sell, serve clients, and grow their business without being required to recruit.

Our agency was built around an in-house direct-mail mortgage protection lead program. Agents receive access to leads through an established system backed by real production history.

Lead pricing, availability, and participation requirements will be explained during the interview. Agents who prefer other product lines may also be directed toward additional lead options that fit their business.

We are a non-captive agency with access to more than 30 highly rated carriers across:

• Mortgage protection
• Term and permanent life insurance
• Final expense
• Retirement and wealth-protection products

Producer-focused compensation

What You Will Do

Who We Are Looking For

• Comfortable managing an independent schedule and pipeline
• Comfortable working in a commission-only, 1099 environment
• Fully remote
