Job summary

Victory Marketing & Development LLC is expanding its licensed insurance team nationwide. This is a fully remote, production-focused opportunity for agents who want to sell, serve clients, and grow their business without recruiting.

We provide access to an in-house direct-mail mortgage protection lead program and a strong bonus plan with renewal income. Interviews cover lead options, commission levels, and expectations.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• Current or recent insurance production experience preferred.
• Experience with multiple carriers and product lines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients.
• Conduct needs-based consultations by phone or video.
• Present coverage options from multiple carriers.
• Complete applications and guide clients through underwriting.
• Maintain accurate client and pipeline records.
• Submit business in compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and case support.

Victory Marketing & Development LLC is expanding its team of licensed insurance agents across the United States. This is a fully remote, production-focused opportunity for agents who want to sell, serve clients, and grow their business without being required to recruit.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

Our agency was built around an in-house direct-mail mortgage protection lead program. Agents receive access to leads through an established system backed by real production history.

Lead pricing, availability, and participation requirements will be explained during the interview. Agents who prefer other product lines may also be directed toward additional lead options that fit their business.

We are a non-captive agency with access to more than 30 highly rated carriers across:

• Mortgage protection
• Term and permanent life insurance
• Final expense
• Retirement and wealth-protection products

Producer-focused compensation

What You Will Do

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients

• Submit business in compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and case support

Who We Are Looking For

• Active Life and Health insurance license
• Current or recent insurance production experience
• Experience in life, final expense, mortgage protection, health, Medicare, property and casualty, or a related insurance field
• Strong consultative phone-sales skills
• Professional, reliable, and coachable
• Comfortable managing an independent schedule and pipeline
• Comfortable working in a commission-only, 1099 environment
• Fully remote
