Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Driver at Worthington Manor in Conroe, TX to provide safe, courteous transportation for residents. The role requires professional driving and vigilance to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year of passenger transportation experience with vans, shuttles, or SUVs (prefer healthcare transport).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old, have a valid driver’s license, and meet MVR clearance; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable, courteous transportation for residents.
• Prepare and maintain the vehicle for operation and safety.
• Prioritize resident safety and satisfaction in service delivery.

Details about the Driver position we are hiring for:

As a driver you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, courteous and efficient transportation service for our residents. Responsibilities in this role will also include preparing the bus for operation, maintaining bus, and taking the initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority.

Qualifications:

• Please only apply if you have 1 year proven experience in passenger transportation with vans, shuttles and SUV's preferably healthcare transport.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a valid and active driver’s license.
• Meet motor vehicle records clearance requirements.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and general public.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual
• Must possess current first aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks
