Serves as the primary assistant to the Marketing Director. Under the Director's guidance, manages procurement and stock of supplies, monitors equipment and supplies use, and acts as the initial point of contact for customer service via email and phone. Provides support through budget maintenance, reporting, vendor communication, document preparation for the President’s Report, calendar scheduling, meeting minutes, and assisting with student employee tasks. Regular on-campus presence is required. Flexible or hybrid schedules are subject to change based on college needs. Final candidates will undergo a criminal background check.
