Job Summary: |
Serves as the primary assistant to the Marketing Director, managing supplies, monitoring equipment use, and acting as the initial point of contact for customer service via email and phone. Supports the Marketing department through budget management, reporting, vendor communication, document preparation, scheduling, meeting minutes, and assisting with student employee tasks. Regular on-campus presence is expected; flexible or hybrid schedules are subject to change based on college needs. Final candidates will undergo a criminal background check.
