Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in Nursing or completion of LPN program required.
• Active LPN license required, BLS required, ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individualized, goal-directed patient care under RN supervision according to the Nursing Care Plan and hospital policies.
• Administer medications and report patient symptoms/conditions to the RN.
• For Employee Health, conduct new hire and annual health screenings under RN supervision.
• May have additional duties within the scope of the role.
