Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in Nursing or completion of LPN program required.
• Active LPN license and BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on department.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individualized, goal-directed patient care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and report patient symptoms to the RN.
• Assist with employee health screenings for new hires and annual exams under RN supervision.
