Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Willingness to learn restaurant technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Present menus, explain items, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take and enter orders accurately; communicate guest needs to kitchen and staff.
• Deliver orders promptly and check guest satisfaction; address concerns with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and dining areas.
• Follow safety policies and assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
