Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Greenville, NC, seeks a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Opioid Treatment Program. You will provide nursing care, medication management, and support the treatment team in a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NC LPN license.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
• Mental health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services including screening and medication management.
• Assist the treatment team and maintain accurate medical documentation and logs.
• Support treatment after-care and referral services and maintain a therapeutic clinical environment.
