Job summary

Mount Regis Center in Salem, VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join our intimate 68-bed treatment facility. Full-time roles include a $3k sign-on bonus and pay starting at $24.50 per hour, with increases based on experience.

Shifts run 7am–7pm, 3-12s, with rotating weekends and shift differentials. We offer comprehensive benefits through Acadia Healthcare and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• One or more years of nursing experience within clinical areas preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available on hire).
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and provide basic nursing care within LPN scope.
• Prioritize patient safety and respond with urgency when needed.
• Collaborate with care team to meet psychosocial and cultural needs.
• Provide comfort and implement care plans tailored to each patient.
• Report status changes and concerns to RNs and doctors.
• Communicate professionally with patients, visitors and staff.
• Ensure safe delivery of medications per orders and policies.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and records.
