Job summary

Alpha Orthodontics in Mason City, IA is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician to join our growing team. You’ll deliver a positive clinical experience while following state dental laws and the orthodontist’s supervision.

Responsibilities include assisting in placing/removing appliances, reviewing charts, remote monitoring, educating patients, sterilizing equipment, and adhering to infection-control protocols. Prior dental/orthodontic experience and CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Dental Assistant certification if required by state Dental Board.
• Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board.
• CPR certification if required by state Dental Board.

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances under close supervision.
• Review patient charts, log data and transcribe notes.
• Perform laboratory procedures under close supervision.
• Review remote monitoring dashboard and triage patient scans.
