Job summary

Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional at Seasons at Cary in Cary, IL. You will lead the leasing process from intake to closing, show floor plans and amenities, and guide prospective residents through the selection and signing of leases.

You’ll handle inquiries, assist with marketing outreach, and maintain accurate records using modern online tools. A customer-service mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in leasing, sales, teaching, or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing process from initiation to completion, understanding the needs of potential residents and effectively addressing them to finalize lease agreements.
• Showcase knowledge of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings while conducting tours for prospective residents.
• Follow up on phone and internet inquiries from both existing and potential residents promptly to foster a connection.
• Utilize creativity to contribute to digital marketing outreach and assist in planning resident events and activities.
• Proficiently prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records using online tools and systems.

Schedule:

Full-time daytime hours, including weekends.

Position start the week of January 4th 2027
