Seasons at Gurnee Apartments in Illinois is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Professional to greet prospective residents, lead tours, and guide them through the lease process. This role offers daytime hours with weekend work and a chance to contribute to resident relations at a vibrant community.

You will respond to inquiries, assist with digital marketing outreach, and help plan resident events while ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with fair housing laws.

• Prior leasing/sales/hospitality experience preferred but not required.

We have more than 35 communities across Wisconsin, Illinois and North Carolina with numerous upcoming projects, providing lots of opportunity for you to grow your career with us.Key Responsibilities:Lead the leasing process from initiation to completion, understanding the needs of potential residents and effectively addressing them to finalize lease agreements.Showcase a comprehensive knowledge of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings while conducting tours for prospective residents.Follow up on phone and internet inquiries from both existing and potential residents promptly to foster a connection.Utilize your creativity to contribute to digital marketing outreach and assist in planning resident events and activities.Proficiently prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records using cutting-edge online tools and systems.General Requirements:Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate how fantastic it is to live at one of FRED’s properties.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in leasing, sales, teaching, or hospitality preferred but not required.
