Murray City is seeking an HR professional to support benefits administration under the direction of the Human Resource Director. This role will involve administering all benefit plans, coordinating open enrollment, and aligning benefits with payroll and vendors.
The position requires an Associate degree in HR or related field plus relevant experience, a strong focus on employee health programs, and hands-on HRIS skills. Murray City offers pension, vacation, holidays, and other support programs.

General Description: Under general supervision of the Human Resource Director performs a wide variety of professional human resource services which may include benefits administration, recruitment/selection, performance reviews, employee relations, and classification/compensation plans.
This position will focus on benefits administration.
