River Point Behavioral Health in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a FT HR Generalist to support the facility HR Director. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee orientations, maintaining records, and assisting with staffing fairs.

Ideal candidate has an credentials: Associate degree in Business or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least 3 years HR experience; strong MS Office skills; ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree in Business or related field required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: At least three (3) years of Human Resources experience required.
• Excellent clerical and interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to handle confidential information; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support for the facility HR Director; coordinate recruiting for vacant positions.
• Conduct general employee orientations and onboarding for new hires; maintain employee and education files.
• Input employee changes into HR software; manage HR office in the Director's absence.
• Assist with recruiting fairs and credentialing of Contract Physicians and Allied Staff for the hospital.

Responsibilities

FT HR GENERALIST

This position is responsible for providing human resources support for the facility Human Resources Director, which includes recruiting for vacant positions, coordinating and conducting general employee orientations, organizing all employee activities and in-services, performs general clerical duties, inputs employee changes into the HR software, provides onboarding for new hires, maintains the employee files and education files, assists with recruiting fairs and manages the HR office in the absence of the Human Resources Director. This position is also responsible for the credentialing of Contract Physicians and Allied Staff for the hospital.

Qualifications

Education: Associates Degree in Business or related field required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience: At least three (3) years of Human Resources experience required

Additional Requirements: Excellent clerical and interpersonal skills required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be able to maintain effectively confidential information, and manage time effectively. Must have strong organizational skills to work in a fast paced environment.
