Job summary

River Point Behavioral Health, a UHS subsidiary in Jacksonville, seeks a full-time HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support for the facility. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, maintaining files, credentialing contract staff, and managing HR operations in the absence of the Director.

Responsibilities

• Support facility HR Director with recruiting for vacant positions.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding.
• Maintain employee and education files and input changes into HR software.
• Assist with recruiting fairs and manage HR office in director's absence.
• Credentialing of contract physicians and allied staff.

Responsibilities

We are pleased to announce the following available position: FT HR GENERALIST

This position is responsible for providing human resources support for the facility Human Resources Director, which includes recruiting for vacant positions, coordinating and conducting general employee orientations, organizing all employee activities and in-services, performs general clerical duties, inputs employee changes into the HR software, provides onboarding for new hires, maintains the employee files and education files, assists with recruiting fairs and manages the HR office in the absence of the Human Resources Director. This position is also responsible for the credentialing of Contract Physicians and Allied Staff for the hospital.

Qualifications

Education: Associates Degree in Business or related field required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Experience: At least three (3) years of Human Resources experience required

Additional Requirements: Excellent clerical and interpersonal skills required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be able to maintain effectively confidential information, and manage time effectively. Must have strong organizational skills to work in a fast paced environment.
