Job summary
River Point Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, located in Jacksonville, Florida, seeks an Outpatient Licensed Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessments, individual/group therapy, documentation, case coordination, discharge planning and community resource development.
Must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and be licensed (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) with 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited university in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or related field.
- Must be licensed as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
- 1–3 years of related work experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Obtain assessments.
- Conduct individual and group therapy on assigned cases.
- Complete documentation per policy and procedure.
- Coordinate case management and discharge planning.
- Assist in developing and maintaining community resource information.
- Perform marketing functions as assigned.
- Maintain program environment in safety and security compliance.
- Provide good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care.
- Participate in continuing education activities.
