Kleen-Tech Services is seeking a dependable Full-Time Engineer Tech/ Maintenance to join our team in New York. You will handle maintenance requests for guest rooms and public areas, conduct routine rounds, and support the upkeep and safety of hotel facilities.

This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, preventive maintenance, carpentry and painting.

Formación

• Experience in building maintenance, hotel engineering, or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently; strong customer service and communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required by hotel operations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain hotel public spaces, guest rooms, fitness center, spa, pool, and laundry equipment focusing on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, preventive maintenance, light carpentry and painting. Engineer on duty shifts (EOD).
• Understand and respond to guest concerns in English, verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to work safely alone and with others; EPA certified.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems as they arise.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager; provide excellent guest service and communication.
• Show initiative by anticipating needs before they become urgent.
• Able to perform heavy work and lift up to 100 lbs occasionally (50 lbs often).
• Stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop for up to 8 hours per shift.

Description

Kleen-Tech Services is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Full-Time Engineer Tech/ Maintenance to join our team. In this role, responding to guestroom and public area maintenance requests, conducting routine maintenance rounds, and assisting with the overall upkeep, safety, and operation of hotel facilities. This position requires a hands-on, service-oriented individual who can troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly while maintaining the hotel's standards for guest satisfaction, safety, and appearance.

Pay rate: $25.00/Hr

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• To perform tasks as needed for maintenance and repair of the hotel public space, guest rooms, fitness center, spa, pool maintenance, and laundry equipment with respect to the following: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, preventive maintenance, light carpentry and painting. Engineer on duty shifts (EOD)

• Must be able to perform heavy work. Lifting, pushing, carrying up to 100lbs on occasion of 50 lbs often.
• Must be able to kneel, bend, stoop, walk, and stand up to 8 hrs per shift

Qualifications

• Previous building maintenance, hotel engineering, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required by hotel operations.
