We are seeking a full-time or part-time hairstylist for a high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base.

As the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, we aim to offer the highest effective wage in the market, which includes base wage, productivity bonuses, product commissions, and tips. Last week, our staff's average effective wage was $31.26/hr. No one earns less than $20/hr in total, depending on proficiency.

Benefits include a $300 signing bonus and ongoing training, both virtual and hands-on.

Responsibilities:

1. Consult with clients on hairstyle options.
2. Listen to clients' needs and preferences.
3. Describe hair care products and benefits.
4. Perform shampooing, cutting, and styling.

Requirements:

1. Valid barber or cosmetology license.
2. Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is a plus.
