We are seeking a full-time or part-time hairstylist for our high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base. As the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, we aim to offer the highest effective wage in the market, which includes base wage, productivity bonuses, product commissions, and tips. Last week, our staff's average effective wage was $31.26/hr, with no one earning less than $20/hr in total.

Responsibilities include:

• Consulting with clients on hair styling options
• Listening to clients' needs and preferences
• Describing hair care products and their benefits
• Shampooing, cutting, and styling hair

Requirements:

• Valid barber or cosmetology license
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset and good eye for design
