Position: Full or Part-time hair stylist in a high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base.

We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, striving to offer the highest "effective wage" in the market, which includes base wage, productivity, product commissions, and tips. Last week, the average effective wage was $31.26/hr.*. Some earn less, some earn more, but no one earns less than $20/hr in total.

Responsibilities:

1. Consult with clients on hairstyling options.
2. Listen to clients' needs and preferences.
