The main responsibility of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to safety concerns or emergencies at the gas station.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Enter orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, check dates, update pricing, and perform all department tasks as needed.
2. Resupply island items such as oil cartons, cans, and paper products.
3. Collect and dispose of trash from the island.
4. Maintain cleanliness and snow removal at the station.
5. Assist customers and process transactions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to learn and operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more based on business needs.
• Job cycles: continual maximum.
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand: 55%; Walk: 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
