Store - ST.L-ELLISVILLE, MO

Job Summary

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations. Lead omnichannel processes and maintain store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist Store Manager in ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, ensuring legal compliance and store standards.
  2. Achieve KPIs for front-end policies and team performance.
  3. Plan and execute in-store events and class programs.
  4. Lead omnichannel initiatives and manage shrink and safety programs.
  5. Assist with cash reconciliation, inventory processes, RTV, and ASN activities.
  6. Support onboarding and training of new team members; coach and develop team members.
  7. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  8. Interact positively with customers, assist with product location, and provide solutions.
  9. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and managing high-quality custom framing delivery where applicable.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills and Experience

Retail management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform physical tasks including lifting and reaching.
  • Work includes nights, weekends, early mornings, and outdoor activities as needed.
  • Climate-controlled store environment with some outdoor work and potentially non-climate-controlled stock rooms.
